Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had water entering their window well.
Solutions provided:
Install open French drain from rear window well, rear wall, around to right side well, mid point and then 4 LF off right side into drain box. Backfill with type 57 stone. Check and tie in side downspout with new drain system. On inside of well, left side, clean joint where metal well meets wall, seal with fast setting epoxy. Take soil removed from trench and spread/fill behind where low spots reside. Customer will need to plant grass seed.
