Why did the customer contact us?
Left rear downspout dumping into corner of townhome. Water is piling up and not draining properly.
Solutions provided:
Excavate along a 30 LF section, sloping for drainage. Install heavy plastic on bottom of french style drain with rigid perforated pipe, drain box at downspout and drain box as it exits the rear yard.
Cover with type 57 crushed stone and leave exposed to allow water to quickly drain away from home.
Customer is remove existing deck and any soil removed will be used to backfill/level area.
