Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had water entering their basement.
Solutions provided:
Install GrateDrain system along rear wall, in shower, left side wall and right side wall in utility room.
Install FastSump with liner in right rear corner with check valve and high water alarm.
To prevent issues during power outages install Battery backup system with inverter.
Customer will attempt to demo shower stall. If he is unable to SES can assist for a nominal fee.
Remove heavy basin in utility room and cap off water supply while work is ongoing. Reconnect when completed.
Restore floors with concrete and finish. Customer will reinstall shower enclosure.
