The customer had water in their crawl space.
Solutions provided:
Area near entry point is full of water and insulation is down all over the space. Customer stated this was due to probable plumbing leak.
Perform dewatering with temporary installation of crock, sump pump and discharge hose out of space. Service for a minimum of two weeks. Customer will need to repair any plumbing leaks prior to any additional work in space.
Crawlspace is damaged and will require remediation. Full proposal to follow once dewatering is completed.
Cost of dewatering will be deducted from crawlspace encapsulation work.
