Solutions provided:
Install Carbon fiber structural crack repair system under landing. Customer will have drywall removed in stairwell to permit remaining crack repair to be performed.
Remove sill plate at affected area only. Excavate down to footer and direct water down into foundation.
Seal crack on exterior with flexible concrete sealant.
