Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had issues with their existing walk-out drain.
Solutions provided:
Existing walkout drain is incapable of handling water flow from high impact storms. Demo existing drain and abandon. Install new 9 inch drain box with 3 inch discharge into home and plumb to existing sump crock.
Replace pump with new 1/2 HP trash pump to deal with sediment and debris. Cover floor with concrete when finished. Customer will restore floors and tile.
