Install GrateDrain system on front wall next to dryer vent to left room. In left front room install heavy duty finish shield from floor to ceiling and integrate into GrateDrain system. Demo old terra cotta sump pit. Reuse existing pump and install new GrateSump liner. Use existing discharge line.
