Customer noticed water leaking in the basement wall.
Solutions provided:
Demo carpet and padding to dry area in basement room and dispose.
Carefully demo built in cabinet at corner and a minimum of 6 LF.
Set up air movers and dehumidifier to dry out area. Includes spot treatment with sanitizer.
Inspect once area is demo’d for likely source of water entry.
Corner to left of front door has a downspout that may be clogged and contributing to the issues.
SES will visit the site to check wood moisture and adjust air movers as necessary.
