Customer had stains of water in basement
Solutions provided:
Customer complaints of some moisture or water entering basement. Inspection shows some streaks from top of foundation wall indicating water movement on front of home.
Clean out and apply new caulk to all joints at brick knee wall where it meets any flashing, siding or other trim/bricks.
On left side where metal flashing meets siding on front clean any worn caulk and apply a new bead between flashing and siding, beige colored caulk will be used.
Caulk gaps where front door meets siding at bottom corners.
