Customer had water leaking in basement.
Solutions provided:
Break up floor inside footer.
Install GrateDrain system along left rear wall from front to rear.
Install FastSump with liner in rear corner. Includes check valve and high water alarm.
Install FlexiFlange on wall, 12-16 inches up from floor to capture any water and direct into drain system.
Install SpeedE channel on left side of garage at threshold where driveway meets garage, approximate length is 24 inches. Tie into GrateDrain system.
Customer will be responsible for checking and ensuring that section of drain grate is not clogged with debris
