Mr. Kurylo called in with crawlspace issues.
Solutions provided:
Install piers to supporting beam to support floor joist to level existing flooring. Use mechanical jacks to level as close as possible underneath in crawl space and support with concrete columns. Flooring membrane will adhere to new columns. Will need to dig in crawl space to properly secure columns and reinstall vapor barrier after finished.
Seal the duct system using the Aeroseal process. Reducing duct leakage. Improving the efficiency of the duct system allowing for more even temperatures from room to room.
