Mr. Munyan contacted us for a new roof and replacement of his insulation in the attic due to a pest issue.
Solutions provided:
Removal of the roof and clean up of debris, check of plywood for damage. If any needs replaced the cost of $50.00 per section. New roof to include new roof boots, ridge vent, ice/rain guard, polyurethane underlayment, critter guard to be reinstalled by Summit. New shingles to be Tamko Heritage 25 year warranty 3 tab color Weather Wood.
Removal of insulation to include droppings from the attic. Sterifab teat to kill any bacteria, mites, and lice. Check all wires for any damage from chewing. Install baffles at soffit lines and around entry point. Install baffles at HVAC air handler. Blow in R38 cellulose insulation to VA standard.
