Solutions provided:
Remove all batted insulation and droppings in crawlspace. Sterifab to disinfect. Remove lattice work near walk out. Install new white composite where lattice was removed. Install new white composite door with latch. Install R11 bora foam board on all walls of crawlspace. Close off all vents with bora a foam board. Spray foam rim joists with closed cell spray foam. Install dimple shield and 16 mil crawlshield/vapor barrier. 25 year transferable warranty
