Comment Ernie McGhee is the epitome of customer service. He reassured me that they could take care of my raccoon problem in the attic and they did! When the raccoon was too smart to go into the traps despite different kinds of bait, Ernie said he would go into the attic and remove the raccoon(s) by hand if needed. This was just what I needed to hear to allay my fears of trapping it. That was not necessary as the raccoons moved on. Summit cleaned the attic of poop and pee and covered all the entry points including a permanent cage over the attic fan vent on the roof.
