Comment The first day my house went on the market it was pouring rain. One of the first agents to show my house discovered a puddle of water in the basement. This started a full weekend of panic and anxiety. My real estate agent called Summit and had them come out Monday morning. Joe easily figured out the source of the leak (issues with siding and water entering where metal flashing was improperly installed) and had the leak repairs both exterior and interior detailed and written up by the afternoon. I feel like as a homeowner your worst nightmare is a water leak. This ended up not being a nightmare. Thank goodness, Summit took care of everything and at a cost that was way less than what I expected. The work was scheduled and finished before I closed on my house. A+ service all around. Highly recommend!
