Inspection of space revealed extensive fungal growth on most all joists. Open crawl space vents and a non sealing entry hatch. Some insulation has fallen but is largely intact otherwise.
Install Crawl Shield liner with Dimple Shield mat underneath. Seal and wrap all columns, seal liner to foam board.
Customer has a supply register in crawlspace. Install Bora Foam termite resistant board up walls to sill plate. Apply 2 inches closed cell foam to the perimeter rim joist. Seal all crawlspace vents. Customers will demo old insulation and liner on the floor. Apply commercial grade sterilizer to the entire crawlspace to address any growth.
