Water exiting the soil at top of back yard and also toward bottom creating constant wet conditions. Property has existing standard French drain but it is not managing the water in the back yard properly.
Construct open French drain below crest at top of hill from left fence line to 35 LF to the right.
Construct second open French drain at bottom of hill, left from from left fence line to 35 LF to the right.
Tie in top to bottom with lateral line down hill. Leave French drain open with washed stone, wrap drain pipe in landscape fabric,
Extend discharge line on left side down to within 1-2 feet from curb into drain box in soil.
Customer understands that heavy rainfall may cause water to accumulate for short periods in and around drain system but it will provide a pathway to dry out the yard quickly. Cover areas excavated and covered with soil with straw and grass seed.
