Install open french drain next to garage and tie into existing downspout extension. Flood test to confirm flow. Customer understands the existing extension might need a cleanout.
Customer also understands they have an ICF foundation with under floor heating and no interior drain system can be installed.

Home built C 1900. Excessive efflorescence noted throughout basement. Musty odors and problems with water entering in multiple locations.
Clean efflorescence from all walls.
Install GrateDrain system around entire perimeter except for right rear area of basement.
Includes full Heavy Duty Finish Shield on all walls, pinned and sealed to prevent water vapor.
Install FastSump with liner, check valve and high water alarm under stair case in footprint of existing open sump pit.
Electrical receptacle install by licensed electrician.
Install new drain box in walkout with dedicated discharge line to sump.
Install secondary drain grate in front of doorway to provide backup in the event there are issues with the walkout drain.
Install heavy duty battery with inverter to provide backup power to pump in the event of a power outage.
All necessary permits required by the county are included in this proposal.
Remove and dispose of workbench.

Install open french drain along entire length, down to rear corner in vicinity of storm drain. Discharge into drain box in soil.

Right rear wall near well has elevated moisture in wood and walls plus customer noted water on floor. Around rear and side walls showed moisture readings above 18% throughout indicating water vapor and some bulk water issues.
Customer will demo walls and any furring on CMU walls. Customer will also be responsible for removal of shower enclosure.
Install GrateDrain system on right side wall in basement kitchen. Customer will have base cabinets removed. This includes full Heavy Duty Finish Shield on all walls from floor to ceiling integrating with GrateDrain system.
Install FastSump with liner next to wash basin on other side of bathroom wall.
Electrical receptacle will be installed by a licensed electrician.
Install check valve, high water alarm and 12 volt battery backup system.
Run discharge line through basement, front crawlspace and out left side to drainbox in soil off left side of home, 5 LF from home.
To deal with any possible water issues install round drain boxes in each window well, pipe through foundation wall and down into GrateDrain system. Seal entry points for pipes.
Install AprileAire E100 dehumidifier and shelving to accommodate system under stair case. Customer already has receptacle installed. Discharge condensate to pump at air handler.

Left side CMU is bowing inward along entire length. Customer is having mold remediation done ahead of additional work. Customer will remove both front and rear wall on left side. Studs may remain in place if they are not sitting against wall.
Install steel, adjustable wall braces along length, approximately every 4 feet to stabilize wall.
Install heavy duty finish shield from floor to ceiling along left wall as well to isolate and prevent water vapor from entering living space. Seal all seams.
It is recommended the braces be checked for proper torque at least once per year.
Left side of home, where walkway ends at front, down left side of home; install drain grate system in concrete. Exit rear and drop down to soil level into drain box approximately 8 LF from left rear of home. Restore concrete.
