Customer will encapsulate space under floor. When that work is completed SES will apply 2 inches of closed cell foam to perimeter in footprint of FastDrain system to air seal at rim joist area.
Customer is also having the non structural CMU skirt around the perimeter replaced.
First floor completely exposed. Water entry in right front and left rear. Install FastDrain on front wall. right wall, rear wall to center line, pass through floor system to rear center, rear wall and left wall up to center.
Install new deep sump crock outside left rear next to home and discharge 10 LF into drain box behind home. Includes excavation and center left to run drain system from front to tie into rear drain system.

Dewater space first with placement of temporary pump in strategic location to remove standing water. Will require a second visit to relocate pump to pull as much water out of space as possible.
Perform full Crawlshield installation.
Demo all cardboard on ceiling of space and damaged/worn insulation.
Install FastDrain system around entire perimeter with two FastSump liners and pumps in the right rear and left front locations. Discharge both out to the left front into a drainbox flush in the soil.
Install Crawlshield liner and full dimpleshield drain mat around entire perimeter to walls.
Wrap all columns.
Install Borafoam termite resistant foam board around perimeter.
Apply 2 inches of closed cell foam to perimeter rim joist to air seal and provide R13 insulation.
Close and seal all vents
Sanitizer entire space. Customer will need to be out of space during and up to 30 minutes after treatment, including pets.
To partially condition space per VRC 408.3, install circulation fan in right rear laundry room in floor.
Dehumidify space with SantaFe Compact dehumidifier and discharge condensate into sump liner.
Install new insulated sloped hatch with poly cover at entry point.

Water is pooling at rear of concrete patio and walkways.
Rear of home, left side at end of river stone move stone away and install standard french drain, with exposed type 57 stone from left side, under rear sidewalk and down right side through fence and out to side yard into drain box in soil.
Tie in rear downspout with drain box and link to system under concrete walk.

Install blocking with pressure treated wood at rim joist, left to where customer has removed drywall in room at bottom of staircase.
Inspect and apply 2 inches of closed cell foam to approximately 9 LF area. Spot treat for any fungal growth in ceiling of bathroom.
Customer will restore drywall and refinish when work is completed.
Chisel out epoxy where slab meets brick wall to expose crack.
Block off and tape area to be caulked.
Apply high grade concrete caulk to fill crack.
